Reservation
Walk-ins are welcome however we highly recommend you call us to schedule appointment to ensure your service be available when you arrive.

Cancellation & No-Show
For cancellation or rescheduling, please call us 24 hours prior your scheduled time to avoid a 50% charge. No show will result in a full charge of service.

Gift Certificates or Prepaid Services
Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift Certificates are neither redeemable nor refundable for cash.
Pre-paid services are not refundable. Remained balance on pre-paid services can be used for another service of equal value.

Check In
If you are first time client, please arrive 15 minutes early prior the appointment time to complete your intake forms and be prepared for a treatment.
Late arrival may not receive full treatment or have to reschedule in some cases.

Cell Phones and Pagers
Please mute your phone or pager during the treatment to maximize your relaxation and other client’s.

Returned Check
$35 will be charged for each returned checked.

Valuables
We will not be responsible for any losses or damages to personal articles including clothing or jewelries. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuity. In appreciation to our staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
